Shipping
Orders will be picked, packed, and dispatched from Soulview within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation has been received.
**Note** If a Pre-Order has been released please refer to the Pre-Order System details below.
Orders made over the Weekend or NZ Public Holidays will be picked, packed, and dispatched within the next following 5-10 business days.
Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number via email so you can have access to daily updates on your delivery through the related courier company website.
If you have not received a confirmation or shipping email please check All Mail, Spam, or Junk folders before contacting us.
If in any case your item has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will investigate this further with the related courier company.
All packages sent from Soulview require a signature upon collection. If you are not available at the time of delivery you will need to contact the related courier company and query how you can collect your parcel.
Please ensure you provide us the correct contact/address details when checking out. Soulview will not have any responsibility to exchange, reimburse, or re-deliver lost/returned items if it has been delivered to the provided address.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

Australia: $30.00 NZD (1 - 3 business days for Metro areas)

United Kingdom & Europe: $50.00 NZD (5 + business days)

Please note the delivery timeframes are an estimation and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer exchanges/refunds for delays in delivery.
Additional charges for international orders:
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Soulview. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
Pre-Order System:
Customers that purchase products through Soulview's "Pre-Order System" accept the delivery timeframe of 2-4 weeks from the Cut Off date specified on the listing.
Once the products are received by the warehouse, Soulview will adhere to the Shipping policy stated above.
