Returns
Soulview wishes to keep all our customers happy by providing them with Quality Apparel that exceeds their expectation.
If by any chance you are unsatisfied with your item and are wanting to return it, you will have 5 business days from the date the product has been received to contact us and advise.
The item will need to be returned to us within 10 business days from the date it was received so we can examine if you are eligible for an Exchange. Please update us with a tracking number so we are aware of the delivery. Once examined we will notify you via email whether you are eligible or not.
Any courier costs related to returning an item will be liable to the customer.
Due to limited stock, unfortunately Exchanges may not be available. If we do not have your same styled item or size available you may be entitled to a full Online Credit or Direct Refund.
The decision to Exchange, Credit, or Refund you is at our discretion.
Any Exchange, Credit, or Refund approved will not exceed your Original Purchase Price.
All Refunds will be processed once approved by Soulview and can take up to 10 working days to arrive in your original payment method.
Definitions:
Return - An item that you are unsatisfied with and wish to return.
Eligible Return - An item that has not been Worn, Undamaged, and Original Packaging is still in tack.
Exchange - A replacement item that is of the same value as your previous returned item's Original Purchase Price.
Original Purchase Price - The value of your purchased item (excludes shipping costs).
Business Day - General business operating hours (Monday - Friday. 9:00am - 5:00pm).
